MileNorth reflects its own unique version of the influencing rich mix of designs of modernism from neoclassical, art deco, and classical deco. A neutral palatte with octagonal shaped mirrors, crystal glass. lighting, curved tables, silver accents and frosted white glass doors set the stage to magnify the stylish bold splashes of mango and avocado hues. With no greater than eleven hotel rooms and suites on each floor, residential comfort is further ignited with expansive near floor to ceiling windows and the contrast of crisp white linens and chocolate brown accents. From the architect Joel Hillman's original design, the Chicago style windows, signature to the original architecture offer dramatic views of downtown Chicago.

Studio Guestroom (Two Doubles or King)

The Studio Guestrooms (350-400 sq. ft.) showcase a neutral palette with octagonal shaped mirrors, crystal glass lighting, curved tables, and silver accents set the stage to magnify the stylish bold splashes of mango and avocado hues. Each room includes an expansive bathroom featuring glass shower, CD stereo clock radio with MP3 capability, mini refrigerator, complimentary coffee/tea maker, dataport, complimentary high-speed Internet access and Ergonomic chairs at the workstation, a 32" flat-screen cable TV on the wall, and a hairdryer and makeup mirror on the vanity. Maximum occupancy is 3 adults.

Signature Studio (Queen or King)

Urban inspired guestrooms highlight residential design elements including wrought iron, crystal and glass lighting and alcove niches. Each oversized (350-400 sq. ft.) Signature Studio features an inviting entryway with steps that lead to a sunken living space. This bi-level Signature Studio offers large expansive Chicago windows with natural light, white crisp linens and splashes of bold tones. Each room includes a small ensuite dressing vanity area, separate workstation, CD stereo clock radio with MP3 capability, mini refrigerator, complimentary coffee/tea maker, dataport, complimentary high-speed Internet access and a 32" flat-screen cable TV on the wall, and a hairdryer and makeup mirror on the vanity. Maximum occupancy is 3 adults.

CityView Studios (Two Doubles or King)

With city views of downtown Chicago's most desirable neighborhoods between Lake Michigan and The Magnificent Mile, urban inspired guestrooms offer near floor to ceiling Chicago windows for natural light and fresh air. In this 650-725 square ft. spacious suite, enjoy residential comfort with an elevated arrival entrance and steps which lead to a sunken living area and queen bed in a private alcove. This bi-level suite offers neoclassical, jazz deco and urban design with a soft palette and splashes of bold, vibrant colors with crisp white linens. Relax in the separate living space which features a Queen size pull-out sleeper sofa and large Chicago Windows. All loft suites include a separate executive work station, CD stereo clock radio with MP3 capability, mini refrigerator, complimentary coffee/tea maker, dataport, complimentary high-speed Internet access and a 32" flat-screen cable TV on the wall, and a separate vanity as part of an ensuite bath. CityView Loft Suite (King)

Accessible Guest Rooms

Our accessible guestrooms feature lowered shelving and lowered door viewer and latches. Bathrooms are equipped with roll-in showers, grab bars, shower bench and detachable shower head.
